Shipping Policy

All orders placed by noon, will be shipped the same day. All shipping times are calculated from the time you receive your order confirmation via email. 

We are not responsible for goods that are incorrectly returned to us, 
for example, if the parcel is not collected from the parcel shop within
the time limit. The customer is responsible for all delivery costs in
connection with this, and if the customer wishes to have the parcel
sent back, the normal delivery fee will be paid again.

International shipping

We provide worldwide shipping using DHL Express and Fedex, shipped from our warehouse i Copenhagen. Denmark.

For Europe, via DHL Express, we offer Next Day Delivery (workday) as long as order placed by 12-noon.

Some countries are subject to import taxes and customs charges. These will be estimated at checkout.  

Backorders and preorders

All orders placed when the product is currently out of stock mean the product is delayed in shipment to our warehouse or some cases, still in production. ETA's of back orders and preorders are subject to change. Our team reserves the right to cancel back orders or preorders and issue a full refund until the product has reached our warehouse. Our team will notify you if you face such delays or order cancellations.
