Payment
All amounts shown on the website are stated in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.
Steen Brand ApS accepts online payments with: MasterCard, Visa/Dankort, Visa, MobilePay Online. We do not charge any transaction fees.
Payment will only be deducted from your account once the item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Steen Brand ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, which means the connection is completely secure.
Delivery
We deliver worldwide, and we use DHL and FedEx for all international shipments. Delivery time to all of Europe is 1 day @ Next Day Delivery, if the order is placed before 12:00 using DHL Express.
The delivery time for your order is usually 1–3 business days in Denmark. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day. For weekday orders placed before 12:00, the item will be shipped by the next day at the latest.
Steen Brand ApS is responsible for the item until you have received your order.
If, in special cases, there is an extended delivery time, we will notify you by email.
We deliver to private addresses in Denmark.
All goods are delivered via GLS, DHL Express or FedEx
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of return on items purchased from our webshop, provided the product has not been used. If the product is packaged in a pouch and this has been opened, the return right is void.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order. Any return costs are your responsibility, as is the choice of carrier.
Withdrawal must be reported to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the order must be received by us no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your withdrawal.
Notification must be sent by email to info@steenbrand.dk, clearly stating that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
It is up to Steen Brand ApS to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been tried beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and function, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a reduced or no refund of the purchase amount.
Warranty
In accordance with Danish consumer law, a 2-year warranty is provided on products. The warranty covers material and/or manufacturing defects.
Complaints must be reported to Steen Brand ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the item. One month is considered reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
The warranty does not apply in the case of errors or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
Steen Brand ApS covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent. We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.

Refund
If you decide to cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount you originally paid. If there is a depreciation in value that you are responsible for, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
When using your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the most economical standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you have expressly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have provided proof that the item has been returned, whichever is earlier.
Privacy Policy
When you purchase an item and voluntarily provide information, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we handle your personal information securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes it was collected for.
We use third parties to process some of our information, including for our shipping management, which is not developed by Steen Brand ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable personal data protection regulations.

If you have a complaint and we are unable to resolve it together, you can use one of the following options to file a complaint:
• Center for Complaint Resolution, via the complaints portal at Nævnenes Hus. Go to the complaint portal.
• Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
• If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can file your complaint with the EU Commission’s online complaint portal. Go to the EU complaint portal.
